The principal objective of this project is the training of teachers in the methodology for the dual training, in which students share their training in the classroom and in a company simultaneously. Ee base the development on Royal Decree 1529/2012 of November 8 on the distinct learned modes, whether it is in-person, hybrid or online. The same for our installations and in the company.
This mode of professional training is new in Spain, therefore through student/teacher exchange with european centers where dual training is already instilled. It is intended to see the best subsystems of dual training in order to acquire the adequate qualification that permits design, development and evaluation of the project that develops within the company.
At least, a new necessity in our teachers: to acquire a plenary knowledge about the labor practices in the host countries to value the adaptation in distinct branches of their profession. They stays will be useful for teachers to exchange ideas and practices, along with opinions. The work will be fruitful as it helps everyone share their visions and establish goals for the established process of follow-up and evaluation.
The realization of the present project will suppose that participants have the power to improve their training capacities and develop innovative projects with companies. It will serve for their personal and professional development for which it will improve their professional, personal and social competences, not only permitting them to exercise to improve their profession, but orientate the productive sectors and companies in putting forth the education and professional capacity to the direct service of the employment.
